I often tell my clients “People cannot read your mind” Talk to them, Express how you feel, Ask for what you need. It’s important to get your words out. So simply communicate!
Everyone of us is on a different path. Our own unique path. Stop following or comparing. Stop insisting that something is wrong when the things you want aren’t happening now. Walk the path. Trust your path!!

We spend our lives chasing people, situations, approval, status and validation. We waste our time and energy on approval of others. Why don’t we spend our precious time validating ourselves. You are enough! Don’t just say it. Believe it!!

Many people struggle to talk openly about their feelings especially their hurt. But I have found both in my personal life and professionally that writing and journaling can help us make sense of the chaos that can attack our minds.
Knowing and understanding our feelings is an important step into our inner self. Asking “How do I feel right now” can start that process. Try it.
In losing we really win. We win lessons, we win insight, we win wisdom, we win strength. In winning we receive the validation of our sacrifices and effort. So don’t be afraid of either.
